Stuffed tomatoes with spinach

Ingredients
4-5 tomatoes - 750 g
# For the filling:
500 g spinach
100-150 g feta cheese
1 onion
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
pepper
salt
parsley for sprinkling
Method
Wash tomatoes, from the top are cut flaps and the inside is carved with a spoon. Onions, finely chopped, fry 1 tbsp sunflower oil, add finely chopped spinach and stew until the water evaporates. Remove from heat and wait are cool. Add the feta cheese, the butter, pepper and finely chopped garlic and stir well. Hollowed tomatoes are filled with the mixture, arrange in a baking dish and put their covers. Sprinkled with remaining sunflower oil and bake at 180-200 C until ready. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
