Summer mashed potatoes

Ingredients
boiled potatoes
thick salted yogurt
herbs optional
fresh red pepper, ground
Method
Potatoes Strain and leave to cool down, put it ground pepper and spices, mix well. Added by Ira until the desired density. If necessary, add salt. Consumed cold. * Instead of kefir can put yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese or diluted with whey. Suitable side dish to brined feta cheese, boiled eggs, lettuce, meat BBQ, fish, etc.
