Tagliatelle with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g tagliatelle (pasta strips)
50 ml cream
100 g feta cheese Parmesan
5-6 cherry tomatoes or peeled tomatoes (concasse)
shalots or onions
200 g porcini mushrooms or mushrooms
salt
oil
parsley
Method
Gets cooked tagliatelle in water with salt added to it and 2-3 tbsp olive oil. In a deep pan sauté 5 minutes mushrooms and grated onion, savory. Add the cream and after 5 minutes add the tomatoes. After another 5 minutes to the prepared sauce was added and tagliatelle, shaking as if turning a pancake about 3 minutes. Place a half Parmesan for 1 minute, just to soften. Serve in a deep dish, sprinkle the dish with the remaining Parmesan and in the middle is decorated with a sprig of parsley. This sauce can be prepared almost all types of pasta without stuffing. Shalots called small French onions. With porcini dish is tasty, but can be used and mushrooms.
