Tartar sauce - II type

Ingredients
150 g mayonnaise
50-60 g cream
2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 sterilized sponge (not much)
1 pickle
1/2 small head
2-3 sprigs parsley
1 tsp mustard
pepper, salt
pinch of sugar
Method
Cut mushroom pickle, onion and parsley. Watering mayonnaise with wine and cream, add the mustard and other products, add salt, pepper, sweeten, add lemon juice and confusion. Serve with vegan boiled, fried and breaded fish, chicken.
