30 g fat
2 large carrots
1/2 head celery

Wash and chop the carrots and onion. Cut the celery into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Stew in hot fat onion, carrots and celery, then add the potato cubes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley, pour broth. We leave it to boil for 30 to 45 minutes Shortly before becoming ready dish add chopped sausage.
