Tomato soup with rice

Ingredients
4 large tomatoes
3/4 cup Rice
2 onions
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in the oil. When pozachervi, add the tomatoes, cut into pieces. Stew on low heat for 15 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Make up 7-8 cup water. When the mixture boils, add the rice and water in a small fuzzy meal. The soup boil until the rice is tender. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

made it into the winter version - with canned tomatoes. Without frying. Boiled rice and onions and finally added the smashed tomatoes with a little toasted flour. The rice may be replaced with vermicelli or semolina. Very light and delicious soup.

Today I made was very tasty ... definitely will prepare many times .. :) Thanks for the recipe :)
