Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
500 g peppers
150 g feta cheese
3-4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
pepper, salt
parsley
Method
Peppers baked, peel, cleaned of seeds and cut into small pieces. Tomatoes are cut flaps and cut them carefully inside. Add salt and turn to drain. Mix chopped peppers with grated feta cheese and some vegetable oil. Mixture and add salt to it are filled tomatoes, which are then arranged in a baking dish. In each tomato with a spoon put less of beaten eggs. Hollowed interior of tomatoes was ground through a sieve, add salt and pour into pan. The dish is sprinkled with the rest of the vegetable oil and bake 10 minutes in the oven. Serve dusted with parsley.

Certainly I like this way of cooking! Finished roasted peppers immediately otherwise I would do it :)
