Topped cucumbers Assorted

Ingredients
straight and uniform in thickness cucumbers
leaves of fresh salad
crackers or biscuit
# I type of pate:
200 g cottage cheese
5-6 finely chopped green olives
1 tsp mustard
3 -4 tbsp finely chopped dill
# II type pate:
150 g of crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp chutney or ketchup
2 tbsp drained yogurt
pepper
# type III paste:
100 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp chicken pate
pepper
1 tsp mustard
# IV type pate:
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cream
2 tbsp cottage cheese
finely chopped roasted peppers
pinch of cayenne pepper
Method
Four types of pies are prepared separately, as all products are mixed well a smooth mixture. Peel cucumbers and cut into halves lengthwise. Of each half cucumber sprayed in a kind of pate. Top garnish of your choice. At one end is put saltine cracker or suharche. The boats are arranged on a patch of salad leaves plateau. The same appetizer can be prepared with leek stalks.
