Ingredients
          700 g beef tripe
          1 liter milk
          150 ml sunflower oil
          1 tsp paprika
          1 tsp pepper
          5-6 cloves chesyn
          50 ml vinegar
          1/2 head red onion
          1/2 tbsp flour
          salt

          Method
              Tripe cut into strips, and red onion finely. Place in a pressure cooker - faster, with 2 liters of water for about 25 minutes, add salt to taste. Then pour the milk directly into the pot with the boiled tripe without pay water and allow to boil for about a minute - two, during which time make roux. In a pan put the oil, waiting to become hot and add the flour, black and red pepper and fry for about a minute, no more, because the flour will burn. Then take soup from the pot and put in a roux, stirring constantly. Must be a homogeneous mixture with a density rarer than boza, which returns all the pot with the remaining soup. Soup boil for another 5 minutes uncovered and ready.  Garlic skaltsva separately and added to the vinegar and served separately - for flavoring soup.
