2 cup cooking cream
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest

Method
Veal cut into small chunks and onion chunks. Arrange rows in clay pots - order meat, onion row, row meat. Season to taste. Pour a little oil and 2-3 tbsp water. Dot and bake 1 hour at 180 C. Check whether the meat is cooked and if not, dopichat more. Then showered with broken topping and bake another 20 minutes at 220 C. Serve with a salad of your choice.
