Vegetable soup with eggs

Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 potato
1/2 head red beet
2 tbsp vermicelli
2 eggs
1 tsp savory
salt
parsley
Method
In 1 l boiling water, put chopped onions. Then at intervals of 5 minutes, put the carrot and pepper, cut into cubes, beet and potatoes. Boil until cooked potato. Add noodles and eggs clicks. Podsolyava and puts savory. After 15 minutes the soup is ready, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Why put potatoes Finally, and pepper and carrot boil. Why boil 15 minutes after potatoes ready?

Rally, you need to uvri and vermicelli. I would tap egg noodles after ten minutes. In my judgment, the potatoes should neck about 30 minutes. I use the same sequence in cooking.
