Viti buns with minced meat and olives

Ingredients
# For the dough:
42 g yeast
700 ml warm water
300 g yogurt
4-5 tbsp honey
8 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp salt
2 kg of flour ( soft dough)
# For the filling:
500 g minced meat
3 onions
200 g pitted olives
200 g cheese
Method
Yeast dissolved in warm water, add other products and knead a soft dough. Allow to rise. Then tear balls that are rolled on a thick crust (about 1 cm). Insert the filling, rolled on a roll and the roll of ohlyuvche. The buns rank tray and leave to rise, smeared with egg and bake in preheated oven first at 200 C, which is then reduced to 180.
