Walnut Buns

Ingredients
250 g flour
250 g butter
50 g sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
30 g yeast
1/3 cup milk
1 yolk spreads
# For the filling:
250 g sugar
30 g ground walnuts
200 g biscuits
80 g raisins
pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
Method
Flour with butter macerate is ground into crumbs . Add sugar, eggs, salt and yeast dissolved in cold milk and mix the dough. Allow to rest until the filling is ready, which is prepared as follows: the sugar and 1 1/2 cups Water Boil thick syrup. Add ground walnuts, crushed crackers, raisins, cinnamon and grated lemon rind. Mix well. The dough is divided into 40 balls and roll each ball is rolling pin. At one end is put stuffing and turn the buns. Brushed with egg yolk, allowed to stand in the pan for another hour and bake in a moderate oven.
