Ingredients
250 g whole grain pasta or spaghetti
200 ml coconut milk
300 g shrimp
1 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
basil
ginger paste

Method
Boil as is given on the packaging. In pan fry the diced zucchini, shrimp, garlic and ginger. Fry the shrimp until they are ready. Pour coconut milk them and simmer 5-6 minutes. Finally, add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Serve decorated with basil.
