Winter dessert with dried fruit, honey and cinnamon

Ingredients
400 g mixed dried fruit (plums without stones, figs, apricots, raisins, cranberries)
400 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
1 packet of jasmine tea
zest of 1 orange
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
a few drops of rose water
# For garnish:
6 tbsp cream or thick yogurt
6 tbsp coarsely chopped peeled almonds or pistachio cleaned
Method
Dried fruits are washed and put in a suitable container along with the tea bag, cinnamon and grated orange peel to taste. Add the honey, and orange juice, and make up a little water so as to cover the fruit. The mixture is placed on the fire to boil. The tea bag is removed, and the fruits are steamed for 15 minutes, until the swell and soften (not to Braising). Leave to cool, sprayed with rose water and try to add more sugar if necessary. Dessert is left in the fridge. In skidding distributed in plates and garnish with cream broken or yogurt and chopped nuts in large pieces.
