Ingredients
1 kg pork leg
150 ml sunflower oil
1 kg leek
50 g of tomato paste
30 g flour type 500
500 g pickle
salt, pepper
parsley, savory , celery, mint, basil
Method
Cut the meat into in small pieces and fry in fat until ready. Add the flour and a cup of water. Allow 10 minutes to boil. Then add the chopped leeks, tomato paste and pickles, cut into julienne (use royal pickle orginal recipe Rostov pickle). Stew on low heat until ready. Add spices and put for 15 minutes in a pot in the oven.
