Method
Eggplant cut into strips with a thickness of about 5 mm. Add salt and leave it for 20 minutes to drain the bitter juice. Zucchini also cut into slices lengthwise, pepper strips, tomatoes and mushrooms in thick slices. all greased with vegetable oil and bake them on the BBQ on both sides.
