Young nettle with roasted walnuts

Ingredients
500 g young nettle
1 cup roasted walnuts
1 cup yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
3-4 sprigs fresh dill
2-3 tbsp olive oil (or sunflower oil)
salt
Method
Young nettle wash it under running water, cleaning of solid handles, cut into small pieces and pour hot water. Allow to stand for 10-12 minutes, then drain in a colander. Drained nettle pour into a deep bowl. To this was added crushed walnuts, milk, seasoned with garlic and olive oil. Add salt and sprinkle with dill.

This is my favorite salad nettle, but I'm doing with lemon instead of yoghurt and put dill. Nettles also can only grind with salt instead of boiling.
