American donuts

Ingredients
250 g flour
10 g baking powder
2 tbsp fat
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
The fat is mixed with 1/2 cup sugar, add egg, milk, which is extinguished baking powder, salt, nutmeg and flour. Knead dough. Continue kneading until the dough no longer sticks to the board. Roll out a sheet thickness of 1 finger. Cut out circles with a hole in the middle (with the help of two cups - wine and brandy). In a deep pot becomes heated fat donuts and fry until browned. Remove them on tissue paper to absorb some of the fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
