Ingredients
8 apples
2 cup sugar
20 g butter
1 vanilla powder
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup peeled and thinly sliced almonds
Method
Apples are peeled and cut into halves by cleaning seeds. Put them in a baking dish greased with butter on each half placed piece of butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with vanilla and remove make up 1/2 cup water. The drought is, until tender and completely evaporate the water. Egg whites and remaining sugar is broken down into hard snow and pour over apples. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Dessert bake until almonds are golden brown well.
