Apricots in Vienna

Ingredients
300 g apricots
200 ml cream
1 cup sugar
2 vanilla

Method
Apricots are washed and cleaned from the stones. Place the fire to boil sugar half to evaporate the liquid. Pass through a sieve and the resulting puree to cool. The cream is mixed with the remaining sugar and mixed with the puree. The cream is served cold.

I suppose it could, but are soft to make cream.
