Ingredients
1 kg tiny baby potatoes
# For the sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup yogurt
2 stalks chopped green onions
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
pepper, salt
Method
In a large saucepan put the potatoes well washed, well covered with water until the boil. Mix cream, yogurt, green onions and thyme in a small bowl. Stir vigorously season with salt and pepper. Potatoes served with sauce.
