Baked ham rolls

8 thin slices of ham
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
150 ml milk
150 g cheese
4 pieces of toast feta cheese
2 yolks
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp milk
salt, black pepper

In a pan melting the butter and fry the flour in it, dilution stirring continuously with fresh milk, boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Leave to cool and then add the egg yolks, stirring, pepper and chopped cheese. Again put on the fire and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth (kotlonat is not very strong, because it will burn). Leave it to cool and harden and spread on ham. Winding rolls and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Watering tomato paste and 4 tbsp milk and pour rolls. Shear toaster feta cheese in halves and put on each roll one. Bake in a hot oven until light pink color. Serve warm as an appetizer.
