Baked with meat, eggplant and potatoes

Ingredients
500 g chicken or pork
1/2 large or 1 small eggplant
4 potatoes
carrots 2
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp savory, crushed 1 tsp sage, garlic powder, salt
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
200 g yogurt
2 tbsp breadcrumbs or cornmeal
salt
cheese for sprinkling, optional

Method
Meat eggplant, potatoes and carrots cut into medium sized cubes. To these are added the oil, broth and spices and mix well in a baking tray. Make water, enough to cover the meat and vegetables. Bake at 200C for about 40 minutes or until the water poizpari. From products covering medium is prepared smooth mixture, which covers baked. Bake until browned. On the topping can be grated cheese that or constipated or just melted. The recipe is a variation of: Запеканка chicken
