2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp savory, crushed 1 tsp sage, garlic powder, salt

2 tbsp breadcrumbs or cornmeal

Method
Meat eggplant, potatoes and carrots cut into medium sized cubes. To these are added the oil, broth and spices and mix well in a baking tray. Make water, enough to cover the meat and vegetables. Bake at 200C for about 40 minutes or until the water poizpari. From products covering medium is prepared smooth mixture, which covers baked. Bake until browned.
