Bakery pudding with sauce love Erzulie

Ingredients
200 g old baguette
2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
300 g soft margarine
3 tbsp melted butter for nazmazvane
1/3 cup raisins
1 vanilla
1 tsp ground grains of paradise or ground pepper
1 tsp of powdered orris root (Orris root) optional
# For the sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup dark rum
Method
Baguette is crushed into pieces and put in a large bowl. Pour the milk and allow to dampen. Add beaten eggs, sugar, margarine, vanilla, grains of paradise (pepper), the root of the iris and raisins. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish with butter. Bake at 180 C for about 50 minutes until golden. Remove, cool and cut. Sauce products to put in a pot, stirred and heated on low heat for about 30 seconds. With the resulting sauce pour portions pudding. * This recipe used cup (1 cup) of 250 ml. * This sauce can be seasoned and ice cream. * Dust from iris root is spice with a specific preparation, not necessarily put in the pudding.
