Bakery tangle with chocolate

Ingredients
500-600 g ready kozunak dough (I use 1/2 dose of Козуначени buns with honey
) 200 g of chocolate (can rodopcheta)
yolk spreads
sugar for sprinkling

Method
The risen dough is divided into two parts and roll crust about 1 cm thick. On each crust grated chocolate. Each individually rolled. Then the two rolls are twisted and placed in a deep round pan (may be from Jena glass). There are also slits on the surface to a depth of about 2-2.5 cm. Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes. Smeared with yolk, dusted with granulated sugar. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes. * Chocolate can be replaced with some kind of dark sweet. * You can add and walnuts.

Great idea for Easter! I do so rolls with walnut mixture, but now I will apply your proposal.
