Ingredients
200 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp soda
1 egg
175 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
125 g sour milk
3 bananas

Method
Sift flour with baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa and baking soda. Beat the egg with the sugar, the oil and yoghurt. Crumpled add bananas. Add to wet mixture dry by gently stirring with a spatula. Fill the cake pan about 2/3 and and bake in preheated oven until ready.
