Banana sponge cake with cream icing

Ingredients
3 banana
100 g butter
75 g brown sugar
300 g cream
1-2 tbsp milk
180 g flour
1 level tsp baking powder
# For glaze:
220 g powdered sugar
75 g butter
100 g brown sugar
2 tbsp cream
Method
The butter mix with sugar fluffy cream. Gradually add the cream, wrinkled, mashed bananas, milk and flour sifted with baking powder. Stir smooth dough pour in cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake 50-60 minutes at 180C. The glaze is prepared by the butter is melted, add the brown sugar, and the mixture was heated for 2-3 minutes, leaving no boil, stirring continuously. Then add the cream. Once it boils, remove from heat and stir well with powdered sugar. Glaze to cool and be uniformly applied to the cooled cake. Serve once the glaze dries.
