Method
The fat is mixed and melted. The feta cheese is crushed in small pieces and mixed with eggs and half of the carbonated water. Peels are arranged in a greased with butter tray, each sheet sprayed with some of the melted fat. After every 4-5 peel placed 1/3 of the filling. So arranged all sheet as stuffing is placed on 3 locations. Prepared banitsa watered with the rest carbonated water, which is paid less. With the widest part of the spoon pressed ends of the banitsa, touching the court. Bake at moderate temperature. After baking spray with separated carbonated water does not form a crust. Wind cloth. Upon presentation can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
