Bass in foil oven

Ingredients
4 bass fish
2-3 lemons
2-3 apples (sour variety)
oil
margarine
salt
pepper

Method
Fish are cleaned of scales and guts. Fthe oil is cut according to the length of the fish, so that there is reserve side. Well smeared with olive oil. The fish are salted with salt and pepper inside and out. Inside the fish put apple slices 1-2, 1-2 slices of lemon (with peel), 1 tbsp margarine. Sticking fish with both hands (to avoid relegation filling) place it in the middle of a greased foil. First bend width 1 time. Then turn several times over the side. Finally we turn the top. Thus, an envelope is formed, in the middle of which is a fish. Coherence turning because served with fthe oil, and inside is formed very appetizing sauce. If fthe oil is soft and the fish break it - wrap in another layer. put them in a dry pan. Last rolled edge is on top. Bake in a hot oven 250C for 40-45 minutes. I serve it in large bowls with fthe oil.

My fish is sea bream. It really easy and very tasty prepared in this way.
