Bean salad with egg and sausage

Ingredients
400 g of canned beans
2 eggs
100 g sausage of your choice
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk green onion
2 carrots
sunflower oil for frying
salt
Method
Beat eggs and fry them like an omelet. Grate carrot in large pieces and onion cut into rings. Fry onion and carrot in hot sunflower oil, blend the garlic, cut the sausage into thin strips fry it. Cut the omelette into thin strips, drain the beans and mix all the ingredients needed for the salad. Season with salt and leave the salad to stand in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
