Ingredients
300 g peeled beans
1 onion
1 pepper
tomato 1
1 carrot
1/2 tsp mint
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Simmer 30 minutes peeled beans, chopped onion, pepper, tomato, carrot, mint, red pepper, sunflower oil and salt. In presenting sprinkle with fresh parsley.
