Ingredients
          # For the dough:
          400 g yogurt
          1 egg
          1 level tsp baking
          1/2 tsp salt flat
          flour (to obtain cake batter)
          # For the filling:
          3 -4 leeks onion
          200 g feta cheese
          1/2 equal tsp salt and pepper
          150 g cheese
          # Optional:
          2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
          60 g butter
              Method
              Finely chopped leek fry in 2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil, until soft. Allow to cool. Add crumbled feta cheese, salt and pepper. Heat the oven to 180 C. In a pan with a diameter of 38 cm is placed 60 g butter to melt in the oven. During this time the dough is mixed with a spoon - must have a density of cake batter - pour in the hot butter and spread in the tray. Top diffused mixture of leeks and grated cheese on it. Bake until brown crust.
