Bowls of minced meat and prosciutto

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
2 slices of bread
1 onion
pepper
100 g of cheese or feta cheese cubes
3 cloves garlic
250 g prosciutto (ham)
sunflower oil
Method
Minced meat is mixed with grated onion and garlic, bread soaked in water, egg, cheese and pepper. Shapes or custard pots are coated with sunflower oil and their walls are covered with slices of prosciutto. Inside is placed a mixture of minced meat, top cover with prosciutto. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes at 200 C. Once cool, turn into serving dishes.

Nice recipe, but really you are served cold? Incidentally - Bulgarian word for ham is ham. Unfortunately BG in ham is of course only boiled, wet ham, ham and not in the full sense. Therefore, it is perhaps better clarification dried ham.

In truth I have only done once left them poizstinat at room temperature and then turned them. Thanks for the clarification of prosciutto, honestly do not know, although I love and often have a bite.
