Bread with olives and peppers from bread machine

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
225 g flour Graham
450 g white flour
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast or 20 g fresh yeast
10 olives pitted
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper
oregano
thyme
basil

Method
In court baking machine is first placed olive oil. Then pour 330 ml water at room temperature - if you put dry yeast, if you put fresh yeast from the cube is placed 300 ml water, and in the remaining 30 ml water, dissolve the yeast. My bread get, but why then sagged in the middle and it was like a boat? Otherwise was delicious recipe I like, will be ready.

The book on my machine, which is Mulineks wrote that the reason may be: not enough flour, yeast is much water or hot water is more. So that alone must find the cause and to navigate.
