Breaded cutlet with apples

Ingredients
600 g lean beef or pork topside or apple
salt
pepper
2 yolks
2 tbsp vegetable oil
8-10 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 large apples
fat frying
Method
The meat is cleaned and cut into 4 patty across the muscle, which is crushed lightly on both sides, add salt, the scatter with pepper and left to sit for a few minutes. Meanwhile makes rare mayonnaise from the yolks and vegetable oil, immersion schnitzel, then PANIC in breadcrumbs and fry in very hot vegetable oil. Remove to a warm plate and fry in fat cleaned and cut into rings apples. Patty garnished with apples.
