2 pork chops (chop)
50 g cheese
1 egg
flour
breadcrumbs

Method
Cutlets sprinkled with ground black pepper. Rolled in flour, dip in slightly beaten egg and then rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry in heated oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Ready cutlets are placed on kitchen roll to drain the fat. Cover with slices of sliced cheese. Roasted for a few minutes under the grill or until the cheese starts to melt.
