Breaded pancake

Ingredients
1 ready pancake
# Salted stuffing:
mushrooms, pickles, ham, cheese or other of your choice
# sweet stuffing:
jam or jam of your choice, cream for garnish
# Extra:
frying fat
breadcrumbs
1 egg

Method
On a warm pancake place chopped ham, pickles, mushrooms and cheese for savory or sweet option for sweet. Closes like envelope, taking care not to excess air to not burst when frying. Batter carefully into eggs and bread crumbs twice by ends of breadcrumbs. Fry in a well-heated oil so that it does not open. Put it with the lid down. Fry until golden, then drain on paper. Sprinkle top with grated cheese (savory) or cream (sweet) and decorate optional.

A very good if only sealed with a little grated cheese.

Mimi, breaded and baked only ?! Breading made in frying to easily by draining on a napkin to remove excess fat. When baked, it is not necessary. Yet this is a recipe for breaded and then fried pancake is required. :)

chicken is nice - so I do them.
