Bulgur type risotto with zucchini and ham

Ingredients
200 g bulgur
2 courgettes
150 g ham
2 onions
150 ml white wine
150 ml cooking cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cube vegetable broth
pinch of nutmeg
pepper, salt
feta cheese Parmesan

Method
Boil 500 ml water and it is crushed vegetable broth. Onion cut onion, courgettes washed and cut into cubes, ham - too. Heat a Teflon pan and put the ingredients in it for about 5 minutes. Leave aside. The bulgur fry in oil until turns slightly, and then was added to the broth. Leave for 10 minutes to absorb it. Then add the mixture of zucchini, ham and onion, add the white wine and cream, sprinkle with nutmeg and season to taste with pepper and salt. The dish is left to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with parmesan.
