Buns with feta cheese or fruit

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) milk
2 eggs
2 slices of dry white bread without crust
1 cup (200 g) flour
pinch of salt
50 g feta cheese or 2 apples or other fruits
butter for frying
powdered sugar and cinnamon (if the fruits are apples or plums)
vanilla (for cherries, strawberries, cherries)
Method
In milk soaked bread, cut into very small cubes and mix with beaten eggs with a pinch of salt. Flour and grated feta cheese (or peeled and grated apples or other fruit finely chopped) are added. The mixture is stirred very well and after mature ten minutes of it is fried buns in a well-greased pan with butter, strongly heated. Fried buns are folded in half and scatter mixed with cinnamon or vanilla icing sugar, if the filling is fruit. Serve warm.
