Buterki with mushrooms and pate

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
1 kg puff pastry
250 g pate
pepper
dry parsley
125 g butter

Method
Mushrooms are finely chopped and zadushtavat with the butter and a little water . Once ready, add to the paste, a little pepper and dried parsley (optional). The dough is cut, insert the filling and the pieces are closed. The ends are pressed with a fork to not leak stuffing in baking. Put them in a well-heated oven at 200 C and bake until golden in color. Optional can be smeared with egg yolk or sprinkle with grated cheese.
