Cake * Apple Delight *

200 g flour
150 g sugar
10 g baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
50 g ground walnuts
2 eggs
60 g butter
1/2 tsp liquid vanilla
1 / 3 cup coffee (lukewarm)
2 apples (large)
50 g raisins
# For oat crust:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp ground walnuts
3 tbsp butter

In a large bowl, stirring with a wire whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and the walnuts. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla and coffee and Beat with a mixer until mixture of products. Pour raisins and peeled and cut into small bites apples. Stir well with a spoon. Pour mixture into a greased round pan size - 28 cm. In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, the walnuts and the butter. The resulting mixture poured out and spread over the entire surface of apple pie. Bake in a preheated 180C degrees oven until a zlastisto-brown color as the readiness of the cake determine with a stick. * Optional can make a glaze of powdered sugar mixed with a little water with which to sprinkle on top.
