Cake with apricots and cream

Ingredients
150 g flour
50 g butter
3 yolks
pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp drained yogurt or cream
# For the filling:
500 g ripe apricots (can also be used frozen or jam)
1 cup vanilla cream (made from 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp starch and vanilla 1)
2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
From the flour, the butter, egg yolks, milk and salt dough is kneaded, which is spread in a buttered and sprinkled with flour baking dish. After this pad slightly browned on her rank, cut in halves apricots. Bake for about 20 minutes at the top of the oven. Add the cold cream and bake until the surface is formed reddish brown. After removing the cake from the oven sprinkle with powdered sugar.
