Cake with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
180 g butter
1 yolk
250 g cottage cheese
30 g candied orange peel
30 g raisins
1/2 lemon
2 eggs
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
Method
Make a paste of the flour, the butter and egg yolks, rolled to the circle and a form. Pressed cottage cheese mixed with sugar, egg yolks, lemon rind and juice of half a lemon, add the washed raisins and chopped orange peel, finally add the beaten egg whites and the mixture over the dough. Bake in a moderate oven until the pink crust.
