Ingredients
1 kg green beans
1 onion
1 carrot
4-5 ripe tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 peppercorns
bay leaf, salt

Method
Green beans are washed, cut to the tip and cut into 2-3 pieces. Chopped onion and carrot sauté half the fat and a little water until soft. Add the green beans and the remaining oil and boil for another 15 minutes. Add grated tomatoes, salt and spices (garlic, crushed with a little salt) and after 2-3 minutes, remove from plate. Is packed hot in warmed jars to 1 finger under the edge them. The jars were closed and sterilized 30-35 minutes of boiling.
