cabbage sauerkraut
pork boneless
sunflower oil
paprika

Method
Sauerkraut is boiled with water or cabbage soup until ready. Cut the meat into chunks and fry in more fat. To add the drained cabbage meat with more fat, which is parched and red pepper. All mix well, pour into pan, bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes to stay fat. In our family every year when Christmas is slaughtered pig this is one of the dishes that are prepared with fresh pork, so we had him baptized at Christmas cabbage.
