Cauliflower soup - II type

Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
butter
sunflower oil
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and put into boiling, salted water. Boil about 15 minutes. Pulling from the fire. In another court fry sunflower oil with a little butter and flour. When flour acquire a pleasant brown color, pour 1/4 cup (50 ml) of cold water. When the fried flour accommodate it, pouring the same number, and then may be added to the broth of the cauliflower, to form a homogeneous mixture. Cauliflower is put back on the stove and add powdery mixture. Boil to thicken the soup, stirring constantly. Finally add chopped parsley. Serve sprinkled with pepper.

recipe is not at all difficult, but the soup is really delicious! I did not expect that you can do something like cauliflower! Thank you!

soup will become even more delicious if you add a little milk.

As oil is removed and becomes a light soup during Lent.
