Method
Base: 1 egg, the butter, 100 g sugar and vanilla to a fluffy mixture. Add flour and baking powder half, not much broken. Dough smears in oiled baking tin (release edge), raises and walls. Filling: 4 eggs separated, egg whites are broken down into the snow with a pinch of salt and leave the country. 4 egg yolks, the cottage cheese, cream, lemon juice, remaining sugar and pudding powder is broken, add the egg white snow and fruit, stir gently and pour into the mold. Cheesecake: Bake 1 hour at 180 C (fan 150-160). Time may be obtained a little more, depending on the oven. Make a sample with a stick. Can be decorated with optional caster sugar to dispense with melted chocolate to decorate with fruit or whipped cream. For options Zebra: All as above, only without added fruit. Instead of filling mixture produces around 1/3 and stained with cocoa. Pour in the middle of the first light form filling, then a little cocoa, still bright, still a little cocoa, etc. No smearing, the mixture is poured itself to the walls of the mold. Bake at 160 C for about an hour. * If you want even sized pieces, the dough for the base is not lifted many walls. The mixture with the cottage cheese swell during baking, but settle as cool.

And no fruit is just wonderful! Today I met with her work!

In the morning I did is amazing! I made options zebra. And to boast: it became like the picture!

Iliana very glad that I received! Do you have pictures? Enjoy your meal! :-)

I have photos, of course (you do have to brag) but I decided that I should be consistent with the other and therefore released them, but I will let one or two to see them!

I do not know whether you noticed the pictures but swamps below me is because I put brown cocoa!

Iliana, there is a great, with concentric circles is very original!

Just watching it I want to cut a piece with a cup of strong coffee :) BRAVO

seems unlikely. Bravo!

I loved to try it must!

sounds good, looks delicious, but for the layman confectionery like me ... a little unclear about what cream or sour liquid, and this package pudding 3/4, 3/4 by how many grams. Thanks for the explanation in advance

The question you e-founded. Cream is sour, so in grams. Package pudding is 500 ml milk of different companies is different weight, but always for 500 ml of milk. This Dr. Oetker is 37d. Good luck:-)

thanks, but not waited for explanations and decided to risk it, I put in 100 g liquid and sour / zebras question / and 1/2 Oetker pudding to take the liquid and that was great! Usually, when I improvise receive better things may

Enjoy:-) Cheesecake tolerate variations and improvisations rarely wrong:-)

but whether it will become a zebra with fruit girls ?, this 1 / 3da leave it .. clean .. mixture and the remaining fruit? I have small children for next week, please share opinion

Fifth, does not cost anything to try. I can not make tasty, can only look not quite perfect. Because for pieces of fruit can not be spilled evenly. And surely you and bold fruit, then it is homogeneous - will spill well. Fingers crossed and say how it happened:-)

thanks Ali, Little has Birthday and garden are raving about on healthy eating ... and me crazy with these requirements you, I do it with kiwi, banana and tangerine (that is / Sharenka) and you and only tsitusi just do not know the kiwi and tangerine as are / juicy if not become insipid? take them ovalyam pudding with pre faults ... or sugar

Fifth, there is no good to roll them in pudding or starch - if you really are not so *wet*. But fruit compote are very juicy and still is not enough to drain. If you've used citrus - paid their skins, ie Cut them with a knife directly from the fruit, only *fillet*. It is easier for children to chew more so after baking may remain only skins. A kiwi - do not even know whether you can bake with it ... to think - I always fresh prigitvyala. Success in the enterprise:-)))
