Chicken curry with basmati rice

500 g chicken breast or legs
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
1-2 tomatoes
melange pepper or black pepper, salt, 1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp chili curry paste
150-200 ml cooking cream
# For rice:
1 and 1/2 cup Basmati rice

Onion, garlic and tomatoes cut into small pieces. If you use sirloin, and cut it into small pieces Salt. Sprinkle the meat with pepper, curry powder and put mustard and distributed through all pieces of chicken. In saucepan put a little sunflower oil to heat and add the curry paste to saute, then add the chopped vegetables. And saute them on low heat and add the chicken. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add 2 cups water to the dish (liquid should cover the chicken) and chicken stew to readiness, set the stove on medium to low level. When it becomes tender, add the cream, turn off the heat and leave for another 5minutki. Basmati Rice: I do not keep the description of the pack and wash it very well in several waters to clear, put in a plastic bowl, pour the cold water and soak for 30 minutes. Then wash it again, add water 2 inches above grade, posolyavam and put it in the microwave at full power for 15 minutes, stirring 2 times. First run for 5 minutes stirring then for 5 minutes again mixed and finally last for another five minutes when done wash in colander and leave to drain. This is not adding anything, it great flavor of the sauce of the dish serving.
