Ingredients
300-400 g chicken livers
bacon, thinly sliced
1 lemon
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
pepper

Method
Wash livers and add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, and any drobche Wrap with bacon. Strung on skewers or in one of the toothpick. Bake a BBQ or grill pan. Drain lemon, add pressed garlic, stir well and pour the sauce ready livers.
